[Juicy Deliciousness] Fruity Lover Set Kenya/Ethiopia Hama (Mocha) 200g each
Fruity coffee goes well with sweets. It pairs not only with Western sweets such as cakes and cream puffs, but also with Japanese sweets such as Kintsuba and Yokan. The sweetness of sweets matches the fruity acidity of coffee. Experience the goodness of this pairing.
Ethiopia Hama (Mocha)
It's pleasant and has just the right amount of sourness and sweetness to fill your heart. The acidity is fresh, like a gentle lemon tea. It's refreshing and perfect for breakfast. You will find it easy to drink with its sweet aftertaste.
It can be compared to being floral, elegant, lemon tea, cinnamon, etc. The scent is so gorgeous that it makes you wonder if it's really coffee. Even people who don't like mocha because it's sour have praised Yirgachefe's mocha as delicious.
At Kitami Coffee , we sell Kenyan coffee all year round, but we alternately offer coffee from multiple production areas. All of them have a high-quality orange flavor.
Kenya is known as one of the best coffee producing countries in the world. Top-class lots have wine, fruit, and spice aromas, good bright acidity, body, and sweetness, clearly distinguishing them from coffees from other countries.
Kenyan example: Kenya Kii
Located in the eastern part of the Kirinyaga region, Rungeto Agricultural Cooperative was founded in 1953 .
This agricultural cooperative owns three washing factories ( Kii, Karimikui, and Kiangoi ) and has a total of 2,858 member producers. Of these, 1,214 people are members of the Kii Washing Plant. Harvested ripe cherries are further sorted and transported to a washing factory on the same day, where they are carefully selected using abundant water sourced from nearby rivers.
Enjoy the rich sweetness and creamy texture reminiscent of berries and cassis.
